Shipping Policy

At OOMHz Chocolate, we are committed to ensuring your products arrive in excellent condition. To protect the quality of our meltable (chocolate) products, we have implemented the following shipping practices:

Shipping Schedule for Chocolate

  • Chocolate products will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday to prevent weekend delays, which may result in exposure to extreme temperatures during warmer months, especially when temperatures are consistently above 80°F.
  • If the route to your shipping destination is experiencing temperatures regularly above 90°F, we may require overnight (1-day) shipping to ensure your chocolate arrives in optimal condition.

Please note that you will be notified if additional shipping charges apply for expedited or temperature-sensitive shipping.


Return Policy

At OOMHz Chocolate, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Meltable Products (Chocolate)

Due to the delicate nature of meltable products such as chocolate, we do not accept returns for these items. However, we want to ensure you have a positive experience shopping with us.

If your meltable product arrives in a damaged or compromised condition, please contact us at info@oomhz.co within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Refunds for Meltable Products

In the event a refund is granted for a damaged or compromised product, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method.

Returns for Non-Meltable Products

For non-meltable products, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
