Meltable Products (Chocolate)
Due to the delicate nature of meltable products such as chocolate, we do not accept returns for these items. However, we want to ensure you have a positive experience shopping with us.
If your meltable product arrives in a damaged or compromised condition, please contact us at info@oomhz.co within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Refunds for Meltable Products
In the event a refund is granted for a damaged or compromised product, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method.
Returns for Non-Meltable Products
For non-meltable products, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
