Shipping Policy

At OOMHz Chocolate, we are committed to ensuring your products arrive in excellent condition. To protect the quality of our meltable (chocolate) products, we have implemented the following shipping practices:

Shipping Schedule for Chocolate

• Chocolate will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday to prevent weekend delays, which may result in exposure to extreme temperatures during warmer months, especially when temperatures are consistently above 80°F.
• If the route to your shipping destination is experiencing temperatures regularly above 90°F, we may require overnight (1-day) shipping to ensure your products arrive in optimal condition.

Please note that you will be notified if additional shipping charges apply for expedited or temperature-sensitive shipping.
